We are trying to move off proxmox. I've manage to convert the img, to vmdk.
However, when booting we get the following error (tried using LSI Parallel, LSI sas)
Loading, please wait..
Volume group "vg0" not found
Skipping volume group vg0.
Unabe to find LVM volume vg0/root
Then eventually
/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
(initramfs)
lvm lvs
No volume groups foud
I have boot into rescue mode and mount the volume. but not more thant that, any ideas would be much appreaciated.
I found this article for Redhat. However, I'm using Debain, and struggling to convert the commands.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
