Customizing Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2

I've got a problem :

Infrastructure : 4ESX 3.5.0 & 1VC 2.5.0

I created a VM W2K3Enterprise R2 SP2 french

I converted this vm into a template

I deployed this template, but the customizing (sysprep) don't work, i've got an error with registry... and the VM reboot

I extracted "deploy.cab" of my cd-rom 2003 into the correct directory...

Use filemon.exe (from Windows Resource kit) to check which folder the customization is looking.

Deploy the right version (and right language) of sysprep to that folder.

Tomorrown, i tried filemon.exe, but i can't acces at my filesystem, because the VM reboot always

For solve this problem, you must install the MS Hotfix : KB926028_V2

and extract c:\windows\system32\deploy.cab into the sysprep directory (SVR2003)...
