Converting Red Hat 4 to a VM on ESX 3.5

I have several boxes running RHE4. I am trying to convert those boxes which contain vendor created/issued software. I have been looking online now for about 2 weeks and still cannot find a run-around on how to get RHE4 running at all. I am converting Bus Logic to LSI logic. Anyone have this problem????

Hello,

Moved to VI: Virtual Machine and Guest OS forum.

Most likely you will need to stick to a buslogic driver within the VM. One way you can do this is to install RHEL4 into a VM, then copy the files from the Physical 2 virtual. Just not the modprobe.conf or kernel files.
