Is there an easy way to change the VM's that were set with "Allocate all space now" and fixed with a rather LARGE size, to a dynamically growing disk? (5 VM's on our Network Software ESX server, set to ~ 50-400Gb in fixed size, using ~ 3-5Gb total each!) Tools or guides would be helpful, and minimal down time is a must...
