Cant install Small Business server 2008

Created a new VM:

2 procs

4gb (4096)

140gb HDD (lsi)

Created the ISO (even tried straight to the clinet cd) it boots to the CD, displays "windows is loading files", then IT JUST SHUTS DOWN!!!

Thats it! gets to the end of LOADING files, then powers off, no errors, nothing.

Any ideas?

Is this a 32 bit or 64 bit OS installation?

If 64 bit, Does the processor support VT?

If it does support VT, Is it enabled?

Well that says something about a 64 bit guess.

What are you trying to accomplish?

ex. 64 bit host OS with 64 bit guess OS, etc.

Is the processor 64 bit?

Does the processor support VT?
