I want to connet a GSM modem to the com port on my HP 365 ESX server.
The virtual machine that wil use the port have both s0 and s1 available and I have both as connet at startup.
The com port show up and "is working properly" in Device manager. However when I try to choose Connected in the VM's properties the setting is reverted after I choose apply.
PowerTerm connects to both com1 and 2 but I get no response when I type the AT command.
I hoped port troubles was over with ESX 3.0.1. Any suggestions?
