When trying to start one of my VMs I receive an error,
Could not power on VM : No swap file. Failed to power on VM.
Any suggestion and/or resolutions would be appreciated.
Here are 2 vmtn thread talked about VMs with this error. Don't know if either of the resolution resolves your issue but their worth checking out.

probably your swap file is not in the same directory where you config file is located.
Maybe you can create a new VM without a virtual disk.
In SC move the existing virtual disk (both vmdk-files) to the new directory of the VM and add virtual disk to the new VM.
Now try to start the new VM.

When you power on a VM, ESX creates a swap file in size equal to the amount of RAM allocated to the VM - the amount of memory you have reserverd for the VM. Most likely your VMFS filesystem is full and ESX can't create the swap file for this VM.
This leaves you with 3 options
1. Don't power on the VM
2. Free up some disk space on the VMFS volume
3. Set a memory reservation for the VM of size ( free space necessary to create VM swap file - free space on VMFS volume ).
