Can not Create VM

when creating VM on ESX server,receive a error message "unable access file"

Are you using local scsi storage? Are you using an NFS datastore? If NFS, then make sure your NFS server has root squash disabled.

using local iscis disk ,the image show disk layout,

The image shows 3 different VMFS partitions. On which were you trying to create the vm, and does it have enough space for the vm you want to create?
