I have an ESX server at my site and want to backup the VM's and move then to another ESX server I have at my second site for recovery purposes. The link between the two offices cannot be used for this. I am thinking of copying the VMDK's to a USB drive at the first site and then copying them to the second site when I am there.
Is this the best way or does someone else have pointers for me ?
