Anyway to determine how much space all my VMDK files are using up?

Is there a way to look this up from a central location? I need to determine how much disk space all my VMs are currently using so I can figure out how much SAN space I will need...

Yes, vdf is the vmfs aware version of df (man vdf)

The command you want to run is

vdf -h

For human readable output.

Using the VDF command from the service console on the ESX server can give you the stats on each VMFS volume. Are you currently using local storage?
