Adding vTPM after VM deployment

Hi,
We are deploying VM from template. Apparently template cannot have vTPM.
How to automatically add vTPM after VM deployment and before VM start?
To be exact we are trying to deploy Windows 11 using citrix.

Is there way to run script before first boot up?

What version of vcenter and ESXi are you running?

What VM Hardware version is your Template?

You can create a template with a vTPM and you get an option to clone the vTPM or replace it during the deployment wizard.

Hi Joseph,

We are still on 7.0.3 version which doesn't support replacement of vTPM.
I'm playing with alarm option to run script.
