VMware Converter: http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/

"Convert other virtual machine formats such as Microsoft Virtual PC and

Microsoft Virtual Server or backup images of physical machines such as

Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery or Norton Ghost to VMware virtual

machines."

2 Ways. You can download winimage, convert the vhd to vmdk and copy it, or you can use VM Converter 4.0 (which is still beta) but it works fine.

Actually VMware vCenter Converter Standalone 4.0 is in GA as of 2/12 and as Richard said will do what you are looking to accomplish.

Thanks. I just downloaded the 4.0 Converter. I'll give it a try next week.
