For everybody who's using ISO from the build in Datastore and are having problems with loading the CDROM drivers. (like i did 
).
I've made a floppy image wich works perfectly for me on ESX 3.0.1 and Vista 64Bit, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Centro.
It's nothing complicated, there just the native drivers from the above operating systems. The only thing you have to do, is mount the floppy image and clear the check box "hide unsupported drivers" or whatever it says.
