transport mode priority: nbd vs nbdssl

Hi

According to the Virtual Disk API Programming Guide, on page 40: The default transport priority over the network is san:hotadd:nbdssl:nbd assuming all are available.

Every time I do open a virtual disk (no san, no hotadd) without specifying the transport mode, it selects nbd.

Note that nbdssl is working when I do select it.

Does nbd have a higher priority over nbdssl ?

Thanks

By default nbdssl have priority. You can override that by specifying your own transport mode.

Yes, that's what I read in the document.

So, why nbd has priority over nbdssl every time I don't specify the transport mode ?
