Hot Add not available when writing to a vmdk

My experiments show that I can use Hot Add when opening a vmdk with a snapshot as ReadOnly. I can not use Hot Add when opening a vmdk for ReadWrite. It automatically reverts to NBD.

You should be able to write using hot-add The vddk logs might give us a clue about what is wrong.

I tried vddk 1.2. It worked now. Thanks.
