Cannot open disk with mode independent persistent

When I use the vddk7.0.3 to Open disk with mode "independent persistent", but I got the error 

2021-12-01T15:21:27.580+07:00 error -[18961] [Originator@6876 sub=vimaccess] GetFileName: Cannot create disk spec for disk [datastore2] test.vmdk.

Anyone, please help to fix this error?
