The trick of this is, to actually have someone that is sharing this VM out as a BitTorrent file. I have been trying to get this for days with no luck. Not even 1KB of download. Any ideas where I can get this VM? Not a fan of the tease

You could also try the VirtualAppliances.net LAMP VA and install phpBB yourself... We run our forum on it actually (forums.virtualappliances.net).
