Old DOS games from the early 90's
What is torrent? Can you please make this appliance available via standard download?
thanks,
Don
What is torrent?
Nice idea. Somehow all these the newest and the greatest 3D games with incredible graphic and stunning audio track do not give me the same excitement I had playing simple pacman on alpha-numeric monitor of old PDP clone with simple beeps instead of 6+1 audio card...
Anyone have another source for the .zip file? I have been trying to download the torrent for 3 days and have less than 400K seems like a 10 meg file could be direct download instead of a torrent..
I like the idea, but i don't like this appliance.
It has hard-configured floppy & cd-rom drive, has the ess soundcard configured instead of the sb16; doesn't have the dosidle driver and lacks the soundblaster settings in dos.
Cannot see anywhere to download this from, can you provide a link?
I also see no download link anywhere ...
Downloading it via torrent is painfull ...Try this: http://www.senny.lap.pl/nostalgia.zip
Any ideas how to import Nostalgia to ESx Server ?? I tried to do it and VM Converter or VM Infrastructure Client are accepting only the .OVF files to import ... When I'm runing ovftool to generate ovf file I'm getting the following error:
Export failed due to the following error:
(vim.fault.DeviceBackingNotSupported) {
dynamicType = <unset>,
faultCause = (vmodl.MethodFault) null,
device = "cdrom0",
reason = "host",
backing = "cdrom-raw",
msg = "",
}
Anyway this apliance can be open easily in VM workstation ...
Thanks for the link, the error points to the CDROM, please check. I dont have much idea on this

I con't say anything about ESX. I installed ESXi and Nostalgia can be easily downloaded - ready to be run as a Virtual Appliance...
