I am planning to upgrade vpshere 6.5 U1 to U2 which is residing on UCS 5018 chassis, Blade B200 M4 model, for that I need to use general upgrade file or customized upgrade file.

This is not upgrade , you are doing just update from u1 to u2 .
If you are switching from 6.x to 7.x or 6.0 to 6.5 this is a major upgrade.
