vpxa stops running. Host is shown in vCenter as (not responing). Error in vpxa.log show "Required property vlanRange is missing from data object of type FcoeConfig"

After installing drivers qfle3, qfle3f, qfle3i and qcnic as replacements for bnx2x for the Multifunctional NIC Broadcom Corporation QLogic 57840 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter on a 6.5 ESXi Host under a vCenter 6.5 Virtual Appliance the vpxa service stops and the host shown in vCenter as (not responding)

Error in vxpa.log shows

And host is listed as in maintenance mode.

All is well not I'm not on the qfle3 drivers as we should be. These new drifer work on two other identical hosts but something is causing trouble on this Host.

I can see in the servers iLO4 that

Server Platform Services (SPS) Firmware is version 3.1.3.21.4 on this Host but 3.0.6.267.4 on those host where the qfle drivers work.

Other than that I have no clue.

Any Idea om troubleshooting this one?
