vmware Esxi 6.7 root password during installation does not match

I am evaluating VMware esxi 6.7 on vmware workstation, but during installation, i have selected UK keyboard, but i am stack on Enter a root password,

I am always getting the message that the password does not mach after entering the password. This means that i have not yet been able to Confirm password.

I have not yet enterered anything in Confirm password, just during typing in Enter a root password, i get a message that the password does not match.

I have tried different password combination such as :

• xQaTEhb
• xQaT3#A
• and many more.

any help is much appreciated.

I was able to fix it . Using down arrow rather that Enter button and entering the password again
