I have 1 vcsa 6.5 with this error
I can't any change, and i found this today.
Any suggestions?

That looks like vCSA 6.7 and not 6.5. Do you get any inventory to load if you use the H5 client instead? What other troubleshooting steps have you performed yourself?
It's vcsa 6.5u2.
I've try to restart vm gracefully (with 5480 port) and check if service are started.
Nothing more
Can you go to virgo log and check the logs for the same when you are trying to login?
/var/log/vmware/vsphere-client/logs/vsphere_client_virgo.log for flex client and for html ui /var/log/vmware/vsphere-ui/logs/vsphere_client_virgo.log
Also check by restarting the vCenter services using service-control --stop --all and start all
