vcenter 6.0 Postgre Database

Hi team

I am facing issues with VMware VirtualCenter, version: 6.0.0, build: build-13638472 where the vpxd service is not starting. The issue started after lift and shift of the ESXI host. The plan was to first move the esxi host , configure networks and then upgrade to 6.7.

After server was powered on the Vcenter VM service wont start.

On Vpxd logs I get the error as below

2021-09-06T23:22:13.575-04:00 error vpxd[01860] [Originator@6876 sub=InvtHost] [VpxdInvtHost] Failed to initialize <Error[VmdbError] (-2) Schema path not found>

Was able to connect the ODBC without issue s=and it says connection successful.

Postgre SQL logs shows as below

VCDB vc LOG: could not receive data from client: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Inventory service and Postgre SQL service can be restarted without any issues.

Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Want to check whether I can recover befoe I rebuild a brand new vcenter

Thanks

Surya
