vSphere with Tanzu installation issues - remaining supervisor cluster vm fail to be configured

Hi,

I am a new to vSphere with Tanzu and am running into issues with the installation of the Workload Management VM's in the Supervisor Cluster.  For networking the environment is using NSX-T 3.1.2  The first cluster member configures correctly.  However the 2nd and 3rd SuperVisor cluster VM's error on "Failed to get node vif".

I have tried to connect to the SuperVisor cluster but receive an internal server error message. In the WCP logs there are messages on authorization.  I do not know where to turn.  Any direction that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

the traffic received from the VIF tagged with VLAN and forwarded on the patch port to the PIF
bridge?
Run ovs-vsctl list interface and verify the presence of the patch port between the
NSX-managed bridge and the NSX-switch bridge.
