vSphere with Tanzu Enable Workload Management Issue

Hi All：

When I follow the "vSphere with Tanzu Quick Start Guide V1a" instructions to enable workload management setting , 

the config status stuck on "Customization operations of the guest OS for Master node VM with identifier vm-8008 is pending",

thank for your help.

Hi,

Sorry if this was resolved but if any one else face these kind of issues it can be due to any of the following errors,

1. No routing between the Supervisor VM, workload cluster and frontend networks.

2. No proper time sync between the ESXi hosts and vCenter.

3. DNS not properly resolving

Follow the following KB article to resolve above issues.

The following log file will be very useful to resolve issues related to TKG, SSH into the vCenter appliance and run the following command

tail -f /var/log/vmware/wcp/wcpsvc.log
