vSphere web client

Hello guys

I am trying to connect to my vCenter server Appliance 6.0U2a using vSphere web client, but the browser keeps loading and then gives the message shown in the attached figure. I am able to connect to my vCenter through vSphere client though.

Any idea about this problem

Are you able to ping vCenter with IP and Hostname, from this machine where are you opening WebClient ?

If you're getting ping reply then telnet vCenter port 9443 from client machine.

telnet vcentername 9443

Then open in browser  below format

https://yourvcenterName:9443/vsphere-client

if it doesn’t work then check all services status on vCente.
