I am installing 6.03U in the HP DL380 Gen9 with Intel CPU E5-2560 v4, already config the 2 HD as Raid1 but in the HD selection screen, it can't find any, please help.

are you using the HPE customized ESXi installation image?
The customized image contains additional drivers, and tools which are required for this hardware.
