vSphere and vCenter licensing upgrades

Hi Guys. I have a question about the possibility of upgrading. When my company first start with vSphere it was version 6.7. We bought and installed hosts and vCenter 6.x. Now we have new hosts that were bought with Vsphere 7 and I need to know what to do when it comes to upgrading the licenses for the olders 6.x versions of vSphere and vCenter. Is there an upgrade price model or are we faced with new purchases for 7.x ?

Thanks very much.

Matt

Hey Mathew, hope you are doing fine:

You can upgrade the licenses from vSphere 6.7 to vSphere 7 as per the following KB:
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2059926

The process is the following:
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/81665

Let me know if that was useful.
