vSphere Namespace deletion on cluster stuck on Removing

Hi,

Today I had a failed deployment of Namespaces on a cluster. The agent failed to install and VMs failed to deploy (because it was using an encryption policy while I had no KMS server setup, I fixed that now).

However, when trying to click on the cluster and then remove, it's stuck on Removing with a notification: "An error occurred. This operation will be retried."

Restarting vCenter did not help. Nor did moving the host out of the affected cluster, restarting the host did not either.

I ended up redeploying a fresh vCenter instance, as it was just for a basic set up.
