vSphere 6 -ESXi as a Lab

I dont have enough resources to create ESXi Lab in my VMware workstation. Is there any way that i can create this lab in VMware cloud ?

As per lab i would be requiring 32GB ram and 200GB HDisk and vmwareworkstation to be installed on it then i have ISO images for esxi lab on which i can create two esxi and check vcentre as well.

is the above is feasible in vmware cloud ?
