Just upgrade one node from 6.5 to vSphere 6.7 u3. I can't vMotion VM between 6.7U3 and 6.5. Have seen similar problem with efter upgrading to vSphere 6.7 U3

Some more details will help. Do you see any error messages, or entries in the log files?
Does vMotion start, and fail at a certain point?
