vSphere 6.7: Can't add TPM 2.0 to Virtual Machine

I want to install Windows 11 on vCenter 6.7 but it requires TPM 2.0. I tried to add TPM 2.0 as instructed in this link but it didn't work. https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/com.vmware.vsphere.security.doc/GUID-3D39CBA6-E5B2-43E... .

Correct.  You are referring to instructions for vSphere 7.x.  The feature is not available in the older vSphere 6.x.

Can I enable lower TPM versions on vSphere 6.7? Example TPM1.2

Did you add Key Provider in vcenter? Please refer to below document and make sure your TPM is configured properly on ESXi.
