vSphere 6.5 Administration options missing

When I login to my vSphere Client web UI and click administration, I'm only seeing Roles and Global Permissions. I'm not seeing Users and Groups, or a few other options. I'm logged in as administrator@vsphere.local. Am I missing something? Here is a screenshot of what I see:

I'm trying to manage my user accounts and groups. Thanks in advance!

You can try clearing your browser cache, or use another browser.
I recommend you Waterfox G4.X

Are you connecting to vCenter Server or ESXi directly?

Alternatively, try an incognito window in your current browser.

SSO admin should give you all the necessary permissions.
