I recently upgraded some systems in my lab to vSphere 6.7u1b. Now I see the vSAN warnings below.
CLUSTER1: vSAN health alarm 'All hosts have a vSAN vmknic configured'
CLUSTER1: vSAN health alarm 'vSAN Build Recommendation Engine Health' configuration issues
CLUSTER1: vSAN health alarm 'Performance service status'
I am not using vSAN, so how would I get rid of these warnings permanently?
Thanks,

If you are not using vSAN I think that's a bug. You can disable all related vSAN alerts on vCenter level. But if you want to use vSAN some day, you should enable these alerts again.
To find the vSAN alerts, you can select your vCenter, go to "Monitor" -> "Issues" -> "Definition" and filter for the term "vsan". If you edit these alerts, you can disable them by unchecking the box for "Activate Alarm".
If you are not using vSAN why its enabled on vmkernel?
Check that and resolve
vSAN health alarm '
All hosts have a vSAN vmknic configured'
