vCenter converter 6.1.1 for Windows server 2016

my customer want to P2V

P2V information :

physical Server : windows server 2016

vCenter Converter : 6.1.1

is it possible to P2V ?

I know 'vcenter converter 6.1.1' is not compatible with Windows server 2016

I want your opinion or experience or any other way.

Not being supported, I am not sure what could go wrong. If you want though, you can convert the physical machine and not shutdown the physical machine, isolate it on the network and test it without interference to production.
