vCenter 6.7 Deployment Failed

Hi All this is more than 10th time we try to deploy a vcenter 6.7 with an external PSC 6.7 the vcenter deployment keep failing at stage 2 cannot start content library service. Please help for suggestion and fix.

Are you using DNS with forward and reverse records? And are you pointing the installer at internal ntp? You must use a FQDN during the installation process. If you're doing all this, please share screenshots of your process.
