vCenter 6.5 stopped collecting statistics 3 days ago

Hi

  1. vCenter Server work on Windows Server 2012, MS SQL Server work on other server.
  2. Space on the database server is a lot (free 45GB).
  3. vCenter Server was stopped, log files was deleted on C:\ProgramData\VMware\vCenterServer\logs(The directory structure has been preserved). vCenter Server was started.
  4. vCenter Server is working fine, but collecting statistics from this point does not work.

C:\Program Files\VMware\vCenter Server\bin>service-control --status

Running:

EsxAgentManager VMWareAfdService VMWareCertificateService VMWareDirectoryService VMwareComponentManager VMwareDNSService VMwareIdentityMgmtService VMwareSTS VServiceManager content-library rhttpproxy vapiEndpoint vimPBSM vmon vmonapi vmsyslogcollector vmware-cis-config vmware-license vmware-perfcharts vmware-psc-client vmwareServiceControlAgent vpxd vpxd-svcs vsan-health vsphere-ui vspherewebclientsvc

Stopped:

VMWareCAMService mbcs vmware-autodeploy-waiter vmware-imagebuilder vmware-network-coredump

Images (The built-in editor did not allow to load pictures)

  1. Screen from vCenter
  2. Screen from MS SQL Server
  3. System Configuration (Services)
  4. vCenter Configuration (General)

What service is responsible for collecting statistics? Any idea why statistics aren't going?
