vCSA doesn't start after patch install

Hi!

Recently i installed patch on my vCSA HA cluster 6.7.0.42000 to 6.7.0.47000

I did according to this article:

https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.7/com.vmware.vcenter.upgrade.doc/GUID-C27CD7DF-AB52-4A77...

So now my vCSA starts but web site is not available.

When i get to https://vcenter.local i get this:

503.jpg

When i get to https://vcenter.local/ui i get this:

couldnot_sdk.jpg

In attachemt "cat /vat/log/vmware/vpxd/vpxd.log | grep error"

Please help, I don’t know what to do in this situation

Based on the log, vpxd unable to connect to vpxd-svcs service which is a dependency service. I assume there might be other dependent services which are down.

stop all services using service-control --stop --all and start again service-control --start --all

Find which service failed to start. I remember patching may fail due to expired vcsa root password. You can take a snapshot and reset root password of vcsa and patch the vcsa again.

upload the software-packages.log

thanks,
