using esxtop, expand the 'used-by' column??

I'm looking to see if anyone knows of a method to get the 'used-by' column in esxtop (using the 'n' switch) to be longer. Right now, it has the VM number and part of the actual VM name in the line. But, it's truncating the name and removes the last three characters in the name (important info to tell the difference in the VMs).

Right now it shows:

#######:a-aaaaaa-a-

We need to be able to have at least a few more characters at the end of the alpha set. IF it's possible. Or if we can somehow have the numbers not showing, so we get more of the alpha numeric name to show. The VMs are named with the same convention, so even just adding two, or three, more characters to the string would be enough.

Or, if there's another (easy) way to get the same network information, I'd like to know.

Most of our environment is on 6.5u1g right now. Some are still on 6.0, but we're updating the vCSA/PSC this week. Hosts will be done as soon as possible (we have 336 hosts to get updated once the vCSA/PSC update is completed). There's a plan to get to 6.5u2 in the fall (so not that far from now).
