sso-login-banner for vsphere 6.5

When I log into the web client, and navigate to Single Sign-On > Configuration, I do not see the login banner tab. I only see this tab when I log into the PSC (https://vcsa-fqdn/psc) ... I am running an embedded PSC/VCSA (Build 7515524). Am I doing something incorrectly, or should the docs be updated? I verified my permissions. Logged on as administrator@sso.local (which is my site name, when I built my vcsa).

That's correct, you'll only see that in the PSC's UI page at https://<FQDN>/psc.

Hi usmabison

You are right and there is nothing wrong in the behaviour you are talking about.

I checked my lab as well and it is the same behaviour. It appears only when you login to https://VCSA IP Address/PSC

If you check the below link for "vSphere 6.5" documentation it is mentioned that you can login to either web-client or PSC:

https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.5/com.vmware.psc.doc/GUID-7D68C13E-293D-4EAD-B3A7-B0C8AC...

However, if you switch to "vSphere 6.0" documentation, they mentioned only PSC:

Thank you for the answer. My question was to confirm, and then find out how the product documentation folks actually update the documents to reflect how the product actually behaves. If I'm not mistaken, the 6.5 docs (look for login banner) reports that you should be able to get there from either way ... which is incorrect, and should be changed.
