snapshot on a VM with in-guest iSCSI

Hi,

vSphere 6

i have a Windows Server 2012 VM that has one 20GB local disk and within the VM, I create a 30TB disk on an iSCSI LUN hosted by NAS, When I taking a snapshot, does the snapshot include the 30TB disk?
