Has anyone ever tried working with Shard Volumue instead of RDM?

we needs solustion to replace Microsoft Cluster with RDM.

can someone can help?

Even though it is technically possible to share a vmdk, you first need to find an operating system which supports simultaneous access.

Without OS support you'll end up with data corruption.

Do you already have something in mind?

I understand that, but you said "we needs solustion to replace Microsoft Cluster with RDM".

So maybe a good start would be to understand the reason why you want/need to replace it, and what exactly you are looking for as a replacement for it, i.e. what's your goal?
