need your help on time sync

Hi all,

We have lots of DMZ Windows servers which are in workgroup. 
Time on sme DMZ servers are always off. Check VM options and
"Synchronize guess time with host" is not checked.
questions:
1)Do VMs synchronize time with a host if "Synchronize guess time with host" is not checked?
2) what is quick way to synchonize DMZ servers(more than 50 windows servers) to a host time?

Whilst you could configure these DMZ servers to synchronise time with the ESX hosts, recommended practice is to use an external source;
