my user name locked by PSC Server according DC server log.
PSC will not lock the user. Please check if you have any 3rd party tools which is trying to connect to the PSC and failed login attempt locking the user.
Check vCenter event for more details.
You're right, whiche log on the PSC i can to see it? (like Source + Destination)
look for sts-idmt.log and webssoadmin.log.
