Hello,
Is it possible to mount an ISO to the VM from the internet without downloading it?
Hi,
No, it is not possible.
It is possible to mount an ISO from a network share / NFS datastore.
No, even if possible that would be not productive at all...
You can always use a DataStore to upload your ISO files after you download them, and also content libraries, that are a really cool feature.
Content Libraty:
Upload the iso and use it from datastore:

Hope that helps
Thank you but I'm searching sth like it to mount cloud-init iso from URL:
https://serverfault.com/questions/925326/mount-url-as-cdrom-iso-kvm-qemu
Is there any solution?
That is for KVM not vmware!
