i have problem with vcenter6.6 (vm power on fail..)

i created new two vm with vcenter 6.6

and i turned on two vms.

but in vcenter,  vsphere web client show me  [a general system error occurred. connection refused]

so i tried again but failed.

Fortunately I could turn on the power manually in esxi.

So what is the cause of this problem and what is the solution?

I guess you mean 6.5 or 5.5?

Can you carry out any other admin tasks from that vCenter Server to the same hosts?

Have you tried restarting the vpxa service on the hosts?

Try to restart the management agent on the ESXi so that vpxa sends new status of all VMs and Host as well. Sometimes vCenter isnt in sync with the host anymore.
