Here's a KB on how to analyse PSOD Interpreting an ESX/ESXi host purple diagnostic screen (1004250) | VMware KB

PSOD could occur for because of software and hardware reason.

Most of PSOD issue in my experiences caused by hardware firmware and normally fixed by updating/downgrading firmware

If you would like to extract the logs, see this KB Extracting the log file after an ESX or ESXi host fails with a purple screen error (1006796) | VMwar...

Search in VMware KB kb.vmware.com with the error message of the PSOD as the keyword.

If you have VMware Support, I would suggest to open a support request to VMware
