Hello. I have esxi 7.0.2 in 4 virtual machines windows server 2019. On one virtual machine, packet losses started for exactly 2 minutes and short-term increases in ping from 0 to 200 (virtual router on the same esxi). I tried to change the type of the network card to vmxnet , but this only made it worse (the rdp service began to fall). With the rest of the virtual machines, there are no problems. Any ideas what it could be?
Hello,
just a simple thing, did you try to remove and add again a network adapter to that machine? VMxnet3, Vmtools are installed?
Also, the other 3 machines are windows server 2019 right?
yes.Now its Intel network adapter. All 4 machines windows server 2019
I attached for comparison the pings of the problematic virtual machine where everything is fine. Sometimes the ping jumps up to 800ms.
Hello,
I would suggest to change to vmxnet3 and take a look at this KB here:

did not help.
Hi,
you should check the following KB article.
