hello,i have some questions about "SCSI Bus Sharing".

What exactly does the "SCSI Bus Sharing" mean?

i can't understand the description below:

Under what circumstances are these three methods used?

i did a test

share1 and share2 have the Same configurations:

scsi controller 1 set "SCSI Bus Sharing"="None" with disk 3(10GB),

scsi controller 2 set "SCSI Bus Sharing"="Physical" with disk 2(8GB).

the two disks in the two OS looks like same,  is there any difference between them?

when should I use the "none","physical" ,"virtual"?

i don't know the point of "SCSI Bus Sharing" existence for? is there some informations for this?

by the way, is there any information about "mulit-write"? when should i use it?

someone tell me, he deployed oracle RAC successful without use "mulit-write".

sorry, I've used some search engines,about 3 hours, but i didn't found the relevant answer.

We were restricted to use Google for some years, so I gradually lost the habit of using Google.

now, I think I should get a VPN.
