e1000 can't up when i down it in win7 with esxi6.7

as topic,first time open win7 with e1000 could be ok,PING ok.

then ,i down the network in win7 and try to up network later,it's failed

anyone meet this problem?

Why using e1000 and not VMXNET3?

Do you get any error?
